DEEPLY ROOTED IN CAMPING'S RICH HISTORY
Lonehollow is a non-denominational camp based on Christian morals and values. However, we strive to make every child feel welcome and comfortable despite individual beliefs. We encourage campers and staff alike to strive for high ideals during their time at camp. A non-denominational service as well as Catholic Mass (offered to Catholic attendees for a nominal fee) are both held on Sundays. We also encourage daily reflections and discussions within cabins to help all with their spiritual growth. Campers and staff partner to lead our Sunday evening services which include singing, scripture readings and storytelling.
Every afternoon cabins gather for what are called Value Sessions. They are moments for a cabin family to reflect on recent events, their hopes and goals for tomorrow. They are an amazing component of the Camp Lonehollow experience.

Working together as a team for a common good, The Trackers, Mountaineers, and the Explorer crews play an important part in the program. On opening night new campers draw for their crew, which will become a second family, a close group of friends working together for a common goal. Crews build camaraderie, teamwork, leadership and an immediate sense of belonging.
